Parking
Parking at 13 Apostolou Pavlou Street (near the Turkish Consulate / Ataturk House and the Rotunda) can be easily done if you choose one of the nearby private / covered parking lots, as finding a free space on the street in the Upper Town and around Agios Dimitrios is extremely difficult.
The best and closest options within a few minutes’ walking distance are:
- Private Parking (Very Close)
- Parking f60: 60 Filippou, Thessaloniki 546 35, tel. 6936591507
- Parking Delmouzou: tel. 6972630344, Al. Delmouzou 3, Thessaloniki 546 35
- Parking Ellada: tel. 2310200118, 115 Olympus, Thessaloniki 546 35
- ΒΗΚΑΣ PARKING (Agiou Dimitriou 141): Almost next door, with direct access from central Agios Dimitriou, about 4 minutes by bus/on foot. Pay attention to the opening hours, as it closes early on Saturdays (16:00) and remains closed on Sundays
- Parking Rotonda (Dim. Gounari 62): It is about 8 minutes away by public transport. Convenient and central, but it also closes earlier on Saturdays (10:00–18:00) and is closed on Sundays.
2. Controlled Parking System (THESi):
- If you try to park on the street, the area is covered by the controlled parking system of the Municipality of Thessaloniki (THESi).
- Look for spaces with white lines (reserved for visitors). Blue lines are strictly for residents. Cost: €1.70 per hour (maximum duration 4 hours per block).
- Paid hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–21:00 and Saturday 09:00–16:00.
- Free: Evenings (after 21:00 on weekdays and after 16:00 on Saturdays), and all Sundays and public holidays. Payment is made through the ParkPal application or by scanning the QR code on the signs. View more
