On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 12.00 noon, the 22nd Map of Flavors opens its doors. The most important wine event in Northern Greece and an established annual meeting of the wine industry in Thessaloniki, is hosted at the Ioannis Vellidis Conference Center at Helexpo.
The Map of Flavors will last a weekend, with opening hours 12:00-20:00, in which wine producers, distillers, wine importers, wine, catering, tourism professionals, and thousands of wine lovers taste, discuss, exchange views and experiences in an elegant, pleasant, civilized environment.
Who will you meet in the 2025 Map of Flavors?
The 22nd Map of Flavors includes the well-known wineries of the country as well as many newer ones, even newcomers, representing all the wine-growing regions of the country. More than 150 winemakers and distillers, as well as wine importers representing wineries from all major wine-growing countries. (See the list of participants)
What will you try?
More than 1,200 labels, an amazingly wide range of wines and spirits, starting with the fresh ones of the 2025 vintage, the new labels and packaging, several of which will debut at the event, and reaching the favorite top Greek and exciting international selections. The Map of Flavors is the place to taste the latest wine trends.
What will you attend at the parallel events?
Every year, the Map of Flavors is accompanied by a rich program of parallel events. Vertical tastings, presentations & scientific presentations, as well as delicious cooking demonstrations by top chefs and confectioners from Thessaloniki, await you.
